Lipreader

Lipreader is a new Dutch-led project involving an animated avatar, interaction, and lipreading skills for immigrants across Europe, exemplified by Turkish and English.

LTL have been invited as applied linguistic consultants for this new project to start in late 2011: see Pragma.

This follows the success of Deaf Port, European Languages Portfolio for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing People.
